ability to share fee receipts.
- Academic Monitoring Providing attendance updates.
- Student Safety Tracking the location of students/transport on a map for parental
monitoring.
2. Information Collection and Origin
We collect only the information necessary for school operations and student safety.
- ERP Data Sync Personal information (Student and Parent details), academic records,
and fee status are pulled directly from the school’s ERP system.
- Location Data Real-time or periodic GPS location is synced to allow parents to
track their child’s transit on a map.
- Technical Logs Device type and app usage data for troubleshooting and security.
3. Use and Sharing of Data
- Strict Usage Data is used strictly for school administration and student safety.
- No Commercial Use We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information for
advertising.
- User-Initiated Sharing Parents may choose to share fee receipts via third-party
apps; once shared, that data is subject to the receiving app's privacy policy.
4. Account Deletion and Retention
- Deletion Requests To protect official school records, users cannot delete accounts
directly. If you wish to delete your account, you must send an email to the school administrator.
- Retention Data is retained only for the duration of the student's enrollment or as
required by school policies.
